My name is Prisma. I started writing about local food businesses in my community as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic. I know that the pandemic has hit our small businesses the hardest, especially restaurants. I often see families and young adults going to trendy spots that are able to leverage the internet and their social media presence. However, not every restaurant or food vendor has the ability to showcase their food. I want to change that because all places can have good food and bring people together.
